Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements to support key banking initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions that improve processes and systems. Conduct data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Collaborate with development teams and ensure successful project delivery. Assist in regulatory and compliance requirements to maintain industry standards. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of financial systems, regulations, and banking processes. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
