Interim Financial Accountant x 2

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading international business based near Rugby. We are seeking two technically strong Accountants for an initial 6-month day rate contract to support the team with key finance functions. This is a fantastic role for an experienced accountant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong technical skill set. Key responsibilities: Lead the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify areas of improvement within existing finance processes and implement enhancements for greater efficiency Play a key role in integrating a new finance system into the current business structure, assist in system testing and troubleshooting Provide guidance and training to current finance team members to help them adapt to new processes and systems. Key requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in balance sheet reconciliations. Proven experience in process improvement and system integration. Experience working in a fast-paced, international business environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor colleagues. What’s on offer: £300.00 - £400.00 per day. Opportunity to work with an innovative international business leader.
