SENIOR REVENUE MANAGER LOCATION – LONDON - 3 DAYS A WEEK SALARY – £55,000 - £60,000 NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED THE COMPANY This is a leading transport provider committed to transforming the travel experience through strategic revenue management, data-driven decision-making, and customer-focused service delivery . With significant investment in new technologies and sustainability initiatives , the company is focused on delivering both commercial growth and improved customer experiences . THE ROLE As a Senior Route Revenue Manager , you will lead a team of analysts to drive revenue performance across key routes . You will be responsible for implementing best-in-class revenue management strategies , optimising pricing, and ensuring data-driven decision-making to maximise revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction . This role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and commercial expertise within the transport or travel sector . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team of revenue analysts , providing coaching, mentoring, and clear strategic direction. Develop and implement revenue management strategies to exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with commercial, operations, and customer experience teams to drive holistic, customer-centric decision-making. Oversee the development and optimisation of revenue management systems , ensuring they support data-driven insights and reduce manual interventions. Maintain strong relationships with train planning, station, and on-board leadership teams , supporting timetable amendments and commercial decision-making. Lead key initiatives to accelerate the return to travel and increase revenue post-pandemic . Represent revenue management within the wider business, influencing marketing, sales, distribution, and customer proposition strategies . YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong experience in revenue management , ideally within the transport or travel sector . Expert knowledge of pricing, yield management, and segmentation strategies . Highly analytical and data-driven , with strong attention to detail. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills , with experience managing teams. Strong communication skills, able to present complex technical ideas to senior stakeholders. Commercially focused, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets . Experience working with revenue management systems and data analytics platforms . A numerical degree or equivalent professional experience in a similar role.
