A contract research and consultancy founded in 2004, it specialises in labour forecasting, productivity improvement, whole life costing, sustainability assessment and risk-based asset management. WLC Ltd’s multidisciplinary staff all hold PhDs in areas including Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics. Due to continued expansion in our services and products an opportunity has arisen to employ a marketing specialist. Position Overview Whole Life Consultants Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven marketing specialist to join our team. In collaboration with other staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing our marketing strategies, contributing to the overall growth of our company and playing an active part in all the company’s activities. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about marketing and client engagement, and who possesses the skills to drive our company's growth in the UK and international markets. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive business growth. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, and social media. Data Interpretation: Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to optimise future marketing efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with company staff to ensure marketing strategies are effectively supporting business objectives. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on market trends, and campaign performance for senior management. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications Education: Recognised qualification/degree in marketing, or other cognate discipline. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualise complex data sets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use different marketing tools and software applications. Creativity and a strategic mindset. Develop and produce graphic designs for various media, including presentations, reports and website. Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
