The Role Running a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring customer requirements are met timely and efficiently. Interviewing candidates to correctly determine their requirements. Networking and generating new candidates to fulfil client requirements. Developing long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike. Negotiating terms and SLAs with clients. The Successful candidate Recruitment experience industry. A friendly and personable approach and strong time management skills with the ability to listen carefully to client and candidate requirements.
