Parts Advisor - Plant Hire

Parts Advisor £28,500 Wrotham NEOS Engineering are working with one of the UK's largest plant companies that are looking to bring on board a Parts Advisor, similar role to a Hire Desk Controller with similar daily tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries, coordinating spare parts sales, and supporting customers with breakdowns. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : Assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for machinery. Managing inventory levels of parts and ensuring that stock is available when needed. Coordinating with suppliers to order parts and maintain supply levels. Providing technical advice to customers regarding parts and maintenance. Ensuring that parts are properly cataloged and stored. Handling returns or warranty issues related to parts. Qualifications: No formal qualifications are essential, but a background in hydraulic spares, plant hire, or a related industry is advantageous.
