Small Works Manager London & South £55k £75k £4.5k car allowance benefits Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with an established Maintenance Service Provider to make the key appointment of Small Works Manager London & South Region. Role Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Projects, the Small Works Manager will have responsibility for the design, management, implementation, and compliance to end to end small works process. Additionally, the Small Works Manager will lead on the implementation and compliance to all other relevant project processes. Key Responsibilities: Effective use of CAFM in line with the clients Standard Operating Procedures. Manage the teams to ensure the contracted services are delivered to the agreed contract specification and standards. Ensure a timely response to requests for small works agreeing customer requirements and costs in sufficient detail. Request and manage resource in line with SLAs. Ensure compliance to CDM regulations. Liaise with Group project function and establish sufficient relationship. About you: Good working knowledge of current statutory regulations associated with all building services and Permits to Work systems in highly regulated and controlled environments. Good knowledge of SFG20 and CAFM systems. Good knowledge of CDM regulations. Technically qualified, minimum NVQ level 4, in appropriate engineering disciplines. Must possess IOSH Managing Safely. My client is looking for a well organised and self-starting Small Works Manager with excellent communication, budgetary, and stakeholder management skills.
