Operations Manager

SmartWatch Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our Manned Guarding Department . This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key division within a well-established security solutions provider. Location: Remote / Leeds Office Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Company Car, Phone & Laptop Provided 31 Days Holiday (incl. Bank Holidays), Rising to 33 Days Over 2 Years Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service delivery Oversee and support the performance of our security guards and subcontractors Plan and manage guard rotas , ensuring full site coverage and operational efficiency Handle the day-to-day management of multiple sites across the UK Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £30,000 negotiable based on experience Company car, mobile phone, and laptop Generous holiday entitlement (31 days incl. bank holidays, increasing to 33 days) Opportunity to play a vital role in a growing, forward-thinking company Supportive management team and a collaborative working environment About You: Proven experience in security operations or team/site management Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently Full UK driving licence essential ADZN1_UKTJ
