Experience as an engineering manager in a highly regulated industry - Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Automotive, Rail etc. Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined teams System architecture & design -experience defining requirements, integrating systems etc Experience developing test and evaluation strategies Strong requirements management experience - capturing, tracking and evolving system requirements A background in Systems, Mechanical, Electronic or Manufacturing engineering is highly desirable O.K.
