Service Engineer

Service Engineer / Service Technician required to join an automated machinery manufacturer. The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician will need to live in or around Sheffield, be willingcover UK wide, and must have electro-mechanical service & maintenance experience. The successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician willcarry out service, installation and breakdown visits on a wide range ofautomatedmachinery similar to packaging equipment. Package £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience Company Car Mobile Phone & Laptop Company Bonus Scheme Birthday leave 25 Days Paid Holiday Role Carry out pre-planned Service, Installation and Breakdown visits on a wide range ofautomatedmachinery electro-mechanical equipment. Liaise with various engineering departments Perform preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise machine Provide on-site training and service support to customers Diagnosing and repairing technical issues on electromechanical machinery Remotely based in or around Sheffield covering UK wide Full product training provided Requirements: Experience as a Service Engineer, Service Technician, Systems Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar maintenance role. Service / maintenance background - electro mechanical experience Prior knowledge of automated machinery, packaging machinery, or similar electro-mechanical equipment is beneficial Electrical or mechanical engineering qualification - Apprentice trained, NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, HND or would be advantageous.
