Gas Turbine Technical Lead

AVA Energy are currently supporting our client, a Global Leading Energy company with their search for a Gas Turbine Technical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the technical strategy and development across a range of advanced gas turbine assets. You’ll provide strategic direction and expert insight across everything from new-build specifications to upgrades, inspections, repairs, and through-life asset management. Key Responsibilities include: Serve as the technical expert for the Gas Turbine Deliver consultancy to various projects and operations Help to train and up-skill current engineers Review and assess modification proposals, return-to-service decisions, and innovation initiatives To be successful in this role you will have the following: In-depth technical knowledge of Gas Turbines Degree in a relevant Engineering field Proven understanding of large Gas Turbines Demonstrated success managing multiple technical projects and cross-functional teams
