Be part of a transition supporting the move to a new state-of-the-art production facility The Role: Proactive & reactive maintenance on high-speed automated machinery Fault diagnosis & repair on electrical & mechanical systems Support installations & commissioning of new equipment Ensure all plant, machinery, and utilities operate at peak efficiency Assist with training apprentices & machine setters Identify areas for continuous improvement because thats how weve always done it isnt good enough What You Need: ? Electrical & mechanical maintenance experience (FMCG preferred) ? NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential) ? HNC in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, but not a deal-breaker) ? Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills when something breaks, you know how to fix it ? Experience with installations & commissioning not just repairs ?
