Head of Infrastructure

Chroma are currently recruiting for a Head of Infrastructure to join a growing international retailer. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £95K bonus, with hybrid working (3 days a week in their Manchester office) , and an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the companys digital transformation! This is a build-and-create role. The company is a well-known retailer with hundreds of shops across the UK, France and the USA. As the Head of Infrastructure, youll lead 20 rip-out & rebuild projects, roll out cutting-edge front & back-office systems across trial sites in 2025, and drive a tech transformation over 24 months of intense build & implementation. Youll have the freedom to implement best-in-class systems, build fresh teams from scratch, and shape the future IT landscape of a global retailer!
