About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of detail-oriented and skilled IT Configuration Technicians in a warehouse production environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that systems and related hardware are assembled, configured, and tested to meet the required specifications and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Guide, train and support your team to achieve their best performance. Oversee the assembly of systems following detailed instructions. Ensure the installation and configuration of operating systems, software applications, and drivers for optimal performance. Supervise thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues. Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation is maintained. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery. Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience in computer assembly, configuration, or a related technical role. Previous team leader experience. Proficiency in assembly and familiarity with various computer components and peripherals. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly and configuration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment and components as needed. Benefits: Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day with flexiblestart times between 0800 and 0900 Pay: £17.25ph Location: Milton Keynes.
