Use CAD software to create detailed 3D models and engineering drawings. Continuously evaluate and optimise designs for cost-effectiveness, manufacturability and efficiency while maintaining product integrity. Work in collaboration with Senior Design Engineers to identify and select appropriate materials for the manufacturing process, considering costs and performance factors. Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet design specifications and industry standards. Create comprehensive design documentation, including BOM's, design reports and other relevant documentation.
