Finance Manager – Shipping Industry Location: Westminster, London (4 days in office / 1 day from home) Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 Discretionary Bonus Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an ambitious, outgoing finance professional with a background in shipping or maritime ? We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a leading organisation in the shipping industry, based in the heart of Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic finance team with a well-established global business. Key Responsibilities: Ownership of financial and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Revenue forecasting, reporting and in-depth analytics to support commercial decisions Lead the month-end General Ledger closing process Oversee financial consolidations and compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP standards Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and present financial insights clearly Requirements: ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong audit background Minimum 3–4 years post-qualified industry experience Previous experience in the shipping or maritime industry is essential Solid technical expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP and consolidations Exceptional communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality Self-motivated with a proactive and ambitious approach What’s on Offer: £80,000 – £85,000 base salary Discretionary bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays 8.4% employer pension contribution Private medical and dental insurance Hybrid working: 4 days in office, 1 day from home Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this position.
