Define and execute a clear technical roadmap in close collaboration with senior leaders across engineering, product, and business teams. Champion engineering best practices, setting high standards for security, scalability, and system architecture. Proactively manage risks and technical debt, balancing project delivery with long-term system sustainability. Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers, fostering an environment of professional growth and technical development.
