Job Description: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in management accounts, financial analysis, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations. Prepare and present management accounts and financial reports. Conduct detailed financial and data analysis to support business decisions. Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes. Implement and oversee risk management strategies. Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational goals. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in leading a finance department. Strong technical skills in management accounts and financial analysis. Excellent skills in financial and data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Experience in risk management and people management. Strong influencing and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
