Position : 251164 Position: Project Manager, Workday Migration (Contract) Position Type: Contract (18-24 Months) No. of Positions: 1 Location: Toronto, Hybrid 3 days a week on-site Description This is an exciting position for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a critical ERP Migration Project. This new project involves migrating from the PeopleSoft platform to Workday. You will be reporting to the head of PMO, collaborating closely with the business C-Suite, internal technology teams, and key integration vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP migration and financial systems integration, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery within mid-sized to large complex projects Responsibilities Manage end-to-end migration from PeopleSoft to Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Adaptive Planning Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting to all stakeholders Act as the primary communication link between the C-Suite, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee integration activities, ensuring seamless connection between financial systems and new ERP platforms Establish and enforce strong project governance and financial reporting structures Ensure projects adhere to the defined scope, timeline, and budget Manage change requests, issue resolution, and project escalations effectively Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience and 8 years of Project Management experience in ERP implementation or migration initiatives Deep expertise in ERP implementation systems, including Workday. PeopleSoft and SAP experience in SAP is preferred Experience in tools including Jira, Confluence, Agile, and waterfall methodologies Extensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting systems and processes, CA or CPA designation preferred Hands-on experience with Integration Management across multiple systems Project Governance and Risk Management expertise Superior stakeholder management and executive communication skills We thank all candidates in advance.
