Quality Inspector FAI

Title : Quality Inspector FAI Location : Granby, Quebec, Canada Duration : Fulltime role Responsibilities Analyze and master customer quality specifications and include their requirements in all manufacturing steps; Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Gage R&R and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) requirements where applicable; Approve manufacturing processes; Ensure that reference documents are up to date and understood by users; Analyze, review and request changes to customer specifications and standards; Respond to requests for operational support (logistics, quality, operations); Comply with customer and company requirements, as well as AS9100 clauses, when required. Skills and qualifications DEC (Diploma of Vocational Studies) or AEC (Attestation of Collegial Studies) in mechanical engineering, aeronautical construction or metallurgy and a minimum of 2 years' experience, or equivalent training with relevant experience; Knowledge of quality management and processes; Basic knowledge of SolidWorks software. Technical problem-solving skills; Creative; Interest in new technologies; Organizational skills.
