Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function : Budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk Present strategic financial insights at a Board level Drive business performance in partnership with C-Suite Lead the HR function , including people strategy and negotiation oversight Ensure sound corporate governance and sustainable financial practices Influence and support decision-making across the organization Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification Minimum 2 years experience in a CFO or FD role Proven Board reporting and executive-level communication skills Experience within a product-driven environment (not Financial Services) Strong leadership in finance, HR, and operational strategy Skilled in negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and compliance Passion for performance, empowerment, and excellence How to Apply: 🌐 Visit:
