Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the regional financial controllership function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Drive compliance with SOX and US GAAP standards across all reporting entities Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and operational heads Oversee financial planning, analysis, and internal controls Lead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals Liaise with global finance teams and external Auditors to ensure audit readiness Champion continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification 1015 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 10 years in the mining industry Proven leadership experience in a Head of Financial Control or similar senior finance role Strong expertise in SOX and US GAAP compliance Demonstrated success in managing regional or multi-country finance teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills How to Apply: 🌐 Visit:
