Software Developer

My client is looking for a Software Developer, Hybrid work model, based in Steenburg, Cape Town. Preferably to start immediately. With a focus on R/ Python/ETL/Machine learning. Requirements: · Degree in related field · ETL processing, PostgreSQL, SQL, Unit testing, Python, R, Machine Learning · Debugging and Trouble shooting · Adept in multiple platforms and databases, and programming experience · An excellent communicator who can and enjoys engaging comfortably and respectfully with diverse stakeholders · A flare for troubleshooting and creative problem-solving · Able to adapt to changing parameters · Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask · A team player who is reliable, punctual and open to giving and receiving feedback · Advantageous - experience using the ELOM tools or working in the development sector · Advantageous - Analytical programming with R ( Shiny) and /or Python; online assessment form development (e.g. Survey CTO; productionising · Machine Learning algorithms; integrating AI and Chatbot development; API Testing · A driver's licence essential and own car advantageous If you would like to apply for this position, please send transcripts with applications.
