Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technologist

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Pretoria, Gauteng . Role: Electrical Engineer / Electrical Technologist Industry: Power & Energy / Engineering Consulting Level: Intermediate Key Requirements: B.Eng / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 4 years' experience in: Power system studies Electrical master planning Renewable energy solutions Grid Code Compliance Experience in design and construction management of Distribution Substations (Primary Plant focus) Familiarity with Eskom, NRS, and IEEE standards is advantageous Proficient in executing electrical projects across ECSA Stages 1 to 6, including design drafting Strong skills in power system studies (Load Flow, Short Circuit, Dynamic Studies, etc.) Technical software proficiency in: o DIgSILENT o ETAP (advantageous) o GIS (advantageous) o MicroStation or AutoCAD (advantageous) o PVSyst (advantageous) o Holmer (advantageous) o Proficiency in MS Office Suite Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-driven with a high level of initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Quality and detail-oriented Professional and client-focused approach If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on: www.stand-outstaffing.co.za
