Country Director

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the companys strategy, operations, and P&L for Ethiopia. Oversee the full coffee value chain: sourcing, processing, quality control, and exports. Foster trusted relationships with farmers, cooperatives, ECX, government stakeholders, and global buyers. Ensure adherence to international quality standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory compliance. Build and empower a capable, high-performing local team. Requirements: 8- 10 years of experience in Agribusiness, FMCG, or Commodities (preferably coffee or export-driven sectors). Proven track record in strategic leadership and general management. Strong understanding of Ethiopias coffee industry, trading landscape, and agricultural regulations. Prior experience in a multinational or regional context is a strong advantage. Amharic language skills or strong local market exposure are a plus. If youre passionate about coffee, sustainability, and creating real impact, this is your calling.
