In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. Responsibilities Drive business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with TA on recruitment strategy, and evaluating future organization structures. Support leaders to drive high performance, including managing the performance review cycle. Coach leaders to build an inclusive culture, analyze employee engagement survey findings, support delivery of action plans to increase engagement, and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. Identify and support the development of key talent in the organization to achieve their potential. Manage the full cycle performance review. Spearhead change initiatives to deliver business growth and progression. Identify opportunities for improvement and organization acceleration, develop solutions, and lead implementation to deliver impact. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications HR experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting. Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization. Interest or experience in supporting and collaborating with international colleagues across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications Project management and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently. Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action plans. Knowledge and experience in LD/TD/OD projects in the technology or Internet business is preferred.
