Duties and Responsibilities: Funds Management, Budgeting and Costing Prepare budgets, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines and institutional requirements. Participate in programme costing exercises to determine the standard costs of various school programmes. Prepare consolidated budget and budget deck for Dean’s meetings. Prepare and analyze management reports to support informed decision-making. Prepare consolidated reporting pack for management meetings. Controllership Manage internal and external audit queries related to departments. Highlight and seek relevant Approving Authority’s approval for provision or write-off of bad debts, where applicable. Advise departments on account structure and the creation of WBSs/Fund Centers. Review and reconcile revenue top-slicing calculations. Oversee the management of SkillsFuture SG block grant. Review consolidated Income & Expenditure statements. Transaction Processing Collaborate with faculties on revenue distribution and verification of program P&L statements. Provide student finance support for the Masters programmes, including verification of student bills, administrative support for student financial aid and scholarships, and handling student inquiries. L3AP (Lifelong Learning (L3) Application Portal) – Lead Finance Support Lead Finance Support for L3AP system implementation for upcoming rollouts - Phase 1C and Phase 2. Plan Process Improvement Projects Support finance-related projects to enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, audit compliance, and grant management. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems and financial process automation is a plus.
