What the role is: You will be part of the wider team in conceptualising and operationalising Enterprise Risk Management to enable GovTech line 1 divisions in an agile manner and to facilitate identification of Tech and Non-Tech risks that impede GovTech in achieving its mission and strategic outcomes, cause significant damage to GovTech's reputation, and/or severely disrupt GovTech’s provision of mission-critical services to WOG and the public. Effective internal/external key stakeholder management is key and strong collaboration and partnership with divisions across SNDGG are critical for this role. Support GovTech’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function with a focus on product strategy, product management and product pricing. Work with the risk owners/teams to develop and operationalise Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including the risk appetite and tolerance. Review risk assessments across Line 1 product and project teams and provide recommendations on enterprise risk strategies for GovTech. Review the state of risk management, identify gaps, benchmark with industry best practices and provide recommendations. Provide timely risk reporting to GovTech Management and Board Committees. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging risks. Requirements / Qualifications Graduate Degree preferably in IT, software and computer engineering. Min 12 years ICT experience, preferably with at least 5 years in ICT management positions and at least 3 years in digital product and digital risk management. Strong ability in system thinking and to identify problems, root causes and critical thinking to challenge the status quo with confidence and courage to raise/escalate issues in a consultative and professional manner. Good organizational skills to drive company-wide initiatives, manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise workloads. Self-motivated and with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders of all levels.
