We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Value Added Solutions Consultant to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Singapore – Hybrid . In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Partner with financial institutions to co-create solutions that solve complex operational challenges and improve workflow efficiencies to elevate client experience. Establish sustainable engagement practices to drive innovative ideation and prototyping while working with clients and internal stakeholders to develop PoCs that demonstrate how the solution meets customer needs. Maintain familiarity with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to offer value-added thought leadership. Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ needs to contribute to business development efforts and optimize our client base and the services provided to them. With an understanding of BNY products and services, propose expanded offerings to clients for business and commercial considerations. Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze client problem statements, synthesizing opportunities into succinct business cases for service and process improvements to increase STP. Lead client value-added solutions initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to elevate client experience in a data-driven scalable fashion. Support multiple geographies (travel required) and complex client accounts. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. At least 7 years of relevant product/financial experience in banking or consultancy. Strong foundation in transaction banking product knowledge/ecosystems (FX, Payments, Trade Finance, Cash Management, etc.) and end-to-end operational workflows. Consultative selling by proactively engaging clients to identify opportunities to enhance their operational efficiencies in presenting value-added solutions and the benefits of co-creation with BNY. Ability to lead process transformation and design thinking whiteboarding with an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end client lifecycle in transaction banking, articulating key opportunities in the overall client experience. Cross-functional collaboration by partnering with internal teams like operations, product, engineering, relationship managers, risk, and compliance to enable seamless execution of client value-added solutions. Excellent client focus, stakeholder management, and relationship management skills.
