Make an Impact by: Leading the design and planning of the 5G and 4G enterprise M2M network infrastructure, including infrastructure capacity expansion, network resiliency planning, disaster recovery planning, and lifecycle management. Supporting new business requests from 5G and 4G enterprise customers and working with stakeholders across Business and Network units to complete the requests on time. Working with the network operation team on the commissioning, implementation of changes, decommissioning, and provisioning of new enterprise connectivity platform service. Performing technical and financial feasibility studies on enterprise radio and core features and capabilities. Keeping abreast of new mobile technologies and networking gear to improve the network and services offered to enterprise customers. Handling mobile network architecture design (Radio, core, IP, or/and cybersecurity), understanding business and organizational needs, and applying the right project management skills to drive the 5G network adoption to the enterprise space and different vertical industries. Skills for Success: Possess an Engineering Degree in telecommunication or equivalent. Knowledge of mobile communication and enterprise networks, especially in 4G and 5G M2M/IoT technologies. Good knowledge and experience in mobile networks architecture and 3GPP evolution (5G eMBB and future mMTC). A team player coupled with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently. Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external customers, peers, and Project Managers.
