The TikTok-Data Video Recommendation Team manages personalized recommendation algorithms for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate with top industry algorithm engineers, leveraging expertise in deep learning, recommendation algorithms, and large models to enhance the TikTok user experience and content ecosystem. Responsibilities Build industry-leading recommendation systems, developing scalable classifiers and tools using machine learning. Understand product objectives and machine learning techniques to improve models and recommendation strategies. Analyze user behavior and apply machine learning algorithms to optimize push notifications and production experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow TikTok in key regional markets. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related technical discipline. Solid experience with data structures and algorithms. Hands-on software development experience in a general-purpose programming language. Experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, data mining, or related areas. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for technology and solving challenging problems. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale internet businesses.
