Role Overview Enhance Securitization product capabilities within MUFG's Asian Investment Banking Division. Support development and execution of a product business plan. Improve customer experience and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with relationship managers to grow the client portfolio. Lead product development within risk tolerance levels. Responsibilities Manage and grow the Securitization business, overseeing financial and portfolio performance. Meet profit and KPI targets while managing risk; liaise with customers and internal teams to drive transactions. Strengthen relationships with clients and internal teams as Product Officer. Build stakeholder relationships and mentor junior team members. Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Requirements At least 7 years in structured finance or corporate banking, with 3 years in securitization. Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Attention to detail and resilience.
