Role Overview Aon is seeking a Senior Consultant, Aon Life Solutions . Based in Singapore, you will work with an industry-leading team to deliver innovative solutions within Aon Reinsurance Strategy and Technology Group. You will report directly to the Director, Global Life Risk Modelling Consulting. Key Responsibilities Create insurance liability models for reserve and capital calculations based on local regulations and IFRS17. Develop and maintain financial asset and ALM models for balance sheet projections. Develop Economic Scenario Generators for asset and liability valuation. Enhance processes for strategic asset allocation, scenario calibration, and financial reporting. Participate in expanding PathWise functionality as needed. Support companies during PathWise onboarding and migration. Provide training and develop reference materials for PathWise users. Identify process improvements and troubleshoot issues during migrations. Maintain client relationships and serve as a primary contact for select clients. Assist in business development through demonstrations, model development, and industry research. Participate in conferences and industry events. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in life insurance valuation, pricing, or hedging roles. Knowledge of Singapore and Hong Kong reserves and capital requirements. Understanding of financial assets and derivatives. Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations. Object-oriented programming skills (Python preferred). Member of relevant actuarial bodies preferred.
