time left to apply End Date: June 30, 2025 (30 days left to apply) job requisition id 10014989 JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Responsible for full set of accounts of a few operational entities, including management accounts, tax matters, GST and cash management, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and liaising with various business stakeholders including outsourced shared service providers. Preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and receipts, as well as monthly/yearly GL closings. Analyse financial results and identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures. Deal with internal and other stakeholders including tax agents, corporate secretaries, auditors and/or trustee of the REIT’s entities. Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements. Other ad-hoc projects, duties and responsibilities as required by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Prerequisites: Degree in Accountancy with minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience. Have good understanding of the applicable Accounting Standards and proficient in financial analysis. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to interact and work across functions and levels. Meticulous with positive attitude and willing to learn more.
