Make an Impact by: Providing on-site support in copper network operations, troubleshooting, and rectification of copper circuits. Taking ownership of copper cable jointing, jumpering, termination, and supporting testing for all cable diversion works. Liaising with stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Being on standby to attend to copper cable faults related to copper diversion and migration works, and arranging and coordinating follow-up on remedial actions planned. Executing all access copper cable works in the designated area following established operation procedures and engineering instructions. Assisting stakeholders in meeting target handover dates for copper cable projects. Liaising with internal parties to address copper network implementation issues. Analyzing situations and identifying the best solutions to meet customers' needs. Performing any other relevant duties assigned by the Manager-in-charge. Skills for Success: Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines. 2 years of relevant working experience. 1 to 2 years of related working experience in copper network operations preferred. Possession of a driving license (Class 3) preferred. Effective time management skills to manage daily tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and communicate with internal stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
