As Director, you will lead the forging of partnerships and develop eco-systems and execute plans in support of a regional rewards programme. We are seeking an experienced, highly independent individual to join our dynamic team. Make an Impact by: Leading a team for managing and growing partnerships of Travel Alliance. Formulating and implementing strategies to strengthen partnerships and alliances. Building and maintaining relationships with Alliance Partners globally. Devising, managing and coordinating partnership programmes with all Alliance members including commercialization, technology integration and contractual & support obligations. Conducting market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities for the Alliance. Identifying and evaluating potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities. Conducting post-launch analysis and continuous improvements. Skills for Success: Degree in Business Admin., Engineering or related. Relevant ~ 8 years’ experience working in large corporations or MNCs. Competent and experienced in marketing skills in areas of Product Development, Business Development, Management, Customer Management, Innovation. Developing contracts and managing legal obligations. Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire teams. Proven strategic development and track record in customer relationship management or customer reward programs. Proven marketing strategy, GTM and management skills. Ability to work independently under stress in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Open to travel.
