Ensures disciplinary matters are reported to the Manager and addressed promptly and appropriately. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore, Electrical Engineering, Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motorship), or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
