Job ID: 102606 Posted: 15-Jan-2025 Role type: Full-time Areas of Interest: Transaction Management Location: Asia Portfolio The Transaction Analyst will be responsible for proactively supporting real estate transaction activities of our corporate client’s Asia Portfolio. This immediate objective is to support our clients in optimizing their real estate process through the required analysis and associated supporting activities that is in line with client’s in-house process. Job Requirements Support the development of the Transaction Management function, awareness, and understanding with the Client team based across Asia. Interface directly with the Client to understand and interpret their needs, the demands and changes within their broader business environment, investigate and advocate how CBRE can best support the Client. Support day-to-day operations of the Transaction Management function covering regional markets, ensuring timely delivery of all necessary approval submissions, portfolio, and financial reporting requirements. Support day-to-day financial operations, ranging from submitting purchase order requisitions, management of accruals, CBRE internal accounts payable, accounts receivable. Facilitate cross-functional deliverables such as Project Pre-Funding / Capital Requests / CAPEX approval submissions, lease administration related reporting, and lease abstraction requests. Lead preparation of reporting requirements such as rent benchmarking / pipeline, budget forecasts, and facilitate subsequent reviews as required. Streamline financial and general transaction management processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work with clients and CBRE internal teams to prepare billing issuance - for manual billing and support the required purchase orders for new leases until payments are automated. Process signing approvals for lease signing and update WIP trackers / online document depository regularly to ensure satisfaction of client audit requirements. Database management reporting – Project Link and any other client / CBRE internal related tools. Lead employee central and onboarding of in-region CBRE local team(s). Any ad-hoc reports or Transaction related tasks as required. Essential Skills Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactively manage clients and cross-functional stakeholder relationships in ensuring service excellence. Multi-tasking and sensitive to cross-cultural exposures. Organizing and prioritizing a large and varied workload. An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Presents solutions to problems, escalating in a timely manner where necessary. Commercial acumen. Account managing / planning. Financial analysis / modelling. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.). Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
