Assistant Vice President, Global Markets Operation Group - Reporting Team

Job Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of regulatory reports to authorities. Assess the regulatory framework against the bank’s procedures and processes to identify gaps that could lead to non-compliance. Remediate internal control gaps with effective implementation of change requests. Work with Quality Assurance on accuracy, and completeness over regulatory reporting and remediate the outliers. Manage key stakeholders while preparing and submitting regulatory reports. Develop and implement training programmes to educate team members and stakeholders on evolving regulatory needs, data quality and other relevant areas. Manage technology projects, including collaboration with key stakeholders such as GMTAP, RMDA, Vendor, etc. Requirements: Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent At least 5 years of Banking experience with relevant exposure to regulatory reporting related function. Possess critical thinking skills, and able to link diverse information to build a full picture and spot inconsistencies. Meticulous, attention to detail with a risk and control mindset. Good oral & written communication skills, and strong inter-personal skills Reliable team player, who is able to work with a diverse group of people. Keen and proactive learner.
