Job Description Duties & Responsibilities Manage the campus wide slope monitoring and stabilisation programme including the Geotechnical Information Management system, annual recurrent budget planning, etc. Manage geotechnical term consultant and term contractor to handle the technical design and physical rectification of soil erosion, slope failure, etc. Manage Green Mark (GM) re-certification of selected existing buildings on campus, GM related sustainability initiative, campus wide solar PV programmes, annual recurrent budget planning, etc. Manage external civil engineering infrastructure projects in relation to new capital projects including new covered walkway, new roads, new drains, etc. Manage A&A and R&R projects including feasibility study, preliminary project costing, CPRS submission, design development to construction management. Manage procurement of consultants and contractors for CAM-PM projects. Qualifications Requirements Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering. Minimum 10 years of working experience in project management. Familiar with procurement of contractor via open tender with experience in tender preparation and evaluation.
