Make an Impact by: Responsible for all underground implementation works, Common Duct Networks (CDN) projects, and new commercial and housing development. Support and resolve site issues related to underground infrastructure (pipe & manhole). Manage materials issuance to contractors (i.e., reservation, return & scrap). Verify “As Built” documentation and claim invoices in line with issued Service Order (SO) or Purchase Order (PO) to contractors. Attend compliance and site meetings with other public bodies, private housing developers, building management, etc., in connection with underground infrastructure. Liaise with Local Authority on permits and other related documentation. Liaise with Building Management / Landlord on site access. Coordinate contractors to execute all pipe/fiber works in the area under his/her care in accordance with all established operation procedures. Lead site surveys, site meetings, and coordinate the work performed by contractors. Ensure all safety aspects are followed and executed according to Local Authority guidelines by contractors. Take ownership and manage contractors on pipe/fiber-related work. Conduct audits on underground infrastructure to check on the contractors’ quality of work. Take charge of the maintenance of underground infrastructure; attend to emergency breakdowns during & after office hours: On standby mode and attend to site whenever mobilized. Perform joint testing & troubleshooting with contractors. Coordinate with contractors to perform restoration works at site and manhole. Skills for Success: Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines. 2 years of relevant working experience. Good knowledge in infrastructure work (i.e., Underground/In-building infrastructure). Hands-on experience in project execution planning. Managed multiple vendors simultaneously. Reporting skills using Microsoft software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Able to manage contractors effectively and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
