Junior Investment Analyst

Industry: Investment Management Firm Location: Central Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm Basic Bonus Responsibilities: Collect information, perform research, and analyze real estate. Focus on Real Estate with a main focus in Singapore, also in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Able to model waterfall models, development budgets, cash flow, and investor return summaries. Assist the CIO in sourcing credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors. Assist the CIO in managing investment bankers and financing proposals. Assist the CIO in answering questions from investors. Assist the CIO in preparing documents for investor due diligence. Deep understanding of financial models. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. 2-3 years of working experience in investment analysis, real estate, or related fields. Familiarity with real estate markets in Singapore, UK, Australia, or New Zealand is preferred. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including waterfall models and cash flow analysis. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with real estate analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Argus, CoStar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
