Responsibilities Build and maintain real-time business stability systems for ByteDance data platform, enhancing stability and service quality of real-time Big Data products. Ensure stability of Flink and data streams, focusing on problem resolution and governance, collaborating closely with Product R&D to improve fault response efficiency. Develop automation tools for the real-time platform to standardize processes and enable rapid problem detection and resolution. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related major, with at least 2 years' experience in SRE operations within Big Data real-time fields. Knowledge of architecture, operation, and stability of real-time computing components like Flink, Kafka, Hadoop, Spark. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Shell, Python, Java, or Golang. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and self-motivation for cross-team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Over 3 years' experience in Big Data real-time SRE operations. Practical troubleshooting skills for Big Data products, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
