Contract Facilities Executive ($4500 | Healthcare) HJO

Job Description: Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business units. Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts. Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadlines & budget. Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/vendors to ensure the work/project is completed within the timeline with minimum disruption. Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned. Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor. Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Facilities / Facilities Management / Building Facility. Office hours. Able to commence on short notice.
