What You Will Do Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegate tasks to execute and fully complete projects. Coordinate communication with customers during all project phases. Coordinate the work of subcontractors. How You Will Do It Define scope, budget, and schedule for projects. Develop project implementation methodologies. Plan and oversee work schedules for multiple small to medium projects. Identify potential risks and recommend resolutions. Establish effective communication with customers. Track progress, tasks, and project health. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and policies. Perform quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors. Manage variation orders and control costs. Manage reports and documentation. Collaborate with the sales team for tender bidding. Supervise subcontractors’ work at the site. Schedule procurement and delivery of materials. Supervise and assign tasks to assistant engineers and technicians. Handle system applications, drafting, and commissioning. Follow up on payments and verify transactions. Train customers and provide first-year maintenance. Handover projects to customers and service teams. What We Look For Diploma or Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services, M&E, or construction. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Project. At least 2 years of supervisory experience. Ability to interact with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Willingness to work odd hours as required.
