Corporate Restructuring Officer – Transition & Compliance HCL Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall transition project, from planning to implementation. Work with regulators (ACRA, Registrar of Societies) to ensure compliance. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on documentation and restructuring. Define and implement new governance frameworks and policies. Support constitution development and asset transfer processes. Manage data migration, systems transition, and contract updates. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the change. Develop a roadmap for post-transition sustainability. Requirements: Degree in Business, Law, Public Policy, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, restructuring, or regulatory compliance.
