Job Description Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping. Assist Facilities Manager on the operations of reception/triage, visitor's registration, and compliance. Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations of Bio-Medical Engineering. Assist Facilities Manager on the daily operations of Administration Dept and admin support for the hospital. Assist Facilities Manager on emergency response (fire, facilities, haze, and terrorism). Assist Facilities Manager on all adhoc building & facilities projects within the hospital. Assist Facilities Manager on building & facilities Grants from MOH, AIC, and other government agencies. Take on any works from time to time as directed by Management. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Facility Management. Holds a Diploma in Facilities/Building Management/Engineering or a relevant field. Demonstrates independence, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in a proactive and flexible manner. Collaborates effectively with colleagues, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Proficiently presents and articulates ideas to management, translates feedback into actionable tasks, and promptly follows up for closure. Exhibits independence in functioning within a fast-paced work environment.
