Role: Technical Project Manager Location: Remote Working hours: preferred working hours: 8 am – 4 pm to collaborate well with Developers Commitment: preferably full-time (but part-time is also possible) Duration: 12 months possible extensions (B2B contract) Rate: up to 23,5 EUR/h netto VAT (for full-time 160h) We are seeking an exceptionally organised and detail-oriented Technical Software Project Manager to join a growing technology company that operates on three core platforms. This role is critical for managing the development pipeline of the platforms, ensuring seamless coordination between leadership and engineering teams with a focus on structure, clarity, and proactive planning. Main Responsibilities: Act as the central link between the CEO, platform Managers, and the lead Developer. Translate ideas and specifications from leadership into clear, actionable development tasks. Fully scope, prioritize, and manage features and enhancements for the Handler platform. Collaborate with the Developer to review, test, and validate work before go-live. Communicate updates back to stakeholders confidently to ensure alignment. Provide guidance on feature prioritisation, road mapping, and go-live approvals. Maintain strict control over timelines, scope, and testing processes. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or Digital Product Manager, ideally in a startup or agile environment. Highly organised, structured, and proactive communicator. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying business priorities. Capability to bridge technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of testing processes, rollouts, and feature validation. Ability to work independently and manage the project lifecycle proactively. Nice to Have: Experience in managing remote teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Other Details: The ideal working arrangement would be 5 days/week for maximum impact, although candidates who can commit to at least 3 days/week may be considered. Alignment with the Developer’s availability (8 am–2 pm CET) is preferred to ensure effective collaboration. Fast-evolving projects managed in small teams.
