Optics Engineer Team Leader

The role of Optics Engineer is based in our Lighting Business Group in Nový Jičín . Responsibilities: Responsibility for the design of optical functions of lighting products using CAD programs Responsibility for the photometric quality of the given product Cooperation in evaluating and maintaining the optical quality of products Solving operational tasks related to customer requirements Participating in the preparation of calculations for new products, presenting products at the customer's premises Requirements: University degree in a technical field (physical disciplines, optics, optoelectronics) Awareness of optics issues, knowledge of the physical properties and laws of light Knowledge of 3D modeling is an advantage (Catia, Pro Engineer, Inventor, etc.), knowledge of LightTools is an advantage English language at intermediate level Driving license B, willingness to travel Benefits: 25 days of vacation Flexible working hours Home office 2 days / week Transport allowance, possibility of starting accommodation Meal allowance Cafeteria Benefit Plus Variable bonus system Option of language and vocational training Pension contribution Opportunity to participate in the development of modern products
