Senior Business Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: ‍ Senior Business Analyst 130 – 150 PLN/h net VAT (B2B) Warsaw - hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Responsibilities: Lead new business onboarding projects across Operations Analyze operating models and potential system changes, challenging the status quo and driving innovation Gather consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to ensure smooth project implementation Prepare operating models and business requirement documentation Develop project plans assessing resource requirements and execution timelines to ensure timely delivery Conduct testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments and support Production Validation Testing Collaborate with Clients, Business, Oversight, Relationship, and Product stakeholders to effectively deliver projects Ensure high-quality service delivery and provide support to team members with project challenges Take proactive measures to minimize implementation risks Perform root cause analysis of common processing issues Ensure compliance with local and global regulations Escalate issues and potential concerns promptly and appropriately Manage client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements Foster a positive and professional working environment Conduct regular and ad-hoc training sessions for team members Undertake additional business-oriented tasks as requested by the manager Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Financial Services Proven experience in a Business Analyst role Strong understanding of Financial Operations Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure Expertise in documenting operating models and business requirements while providing actionable insights from complex data sets Experience managing or leading project streams without an assigned project manager and building strong stakeholder relationships Knowledge of the Aladdin application is advantageous - nice to have Bachelor’s Degree or higher is advantageous - nice to have Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Training & learning opportunities Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
